"This was the west motel (definatly not a hotel) I have ever stayed in. Rooms in bad shape matress disgusting dirty. Room in disrepair and facility. I would not be surprised if I brought bed bugs home this trip. Guest services was very poor. I requested for them to clean my room after 2 night they said we will try but we are busy. They did not clean the room in all 3 nights. Room key kept loosing programming daily. Ice machines non functional so you have to pay for ice. Stay in any other hotel in havisu but this one."

"Great facility but terrible staff. Front desk interrogated and questioned me for every little ask. Housekeeping didn’t seem to care too much about keep the surrounding areas clean. Bedsheets were dirty upon arrival. "

"Great Staff!
The mattresses were HORRIBLE! Both beds in our room were the most uncomfortable that we have slept on in years. The property is old and definately needs an upgrade. The A/C's in the room only go down to 70 (they are locked so you cannot have a cooler room)....and they "say" they cannot go any lower. It was very hot sleeping - we were on the second floor.
There is no elevator.
We did get clean towels in the room each day and garbage emptied. "

"We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The rooms were clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The host was fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.The kitchen was fully equipped and clean, making it easy to prepare meals just like at home. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus and kept the space cool and comfortable the entire time.We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay. We would happily return! "
