"Needed to sleep one night closed to airport. First of all the taxi didn't know where the place was and derived me to wrong place, not hotel at all! Ande then he charged five times more than Uber. For the second, you did not get in, no instructions were given before arrival. After 20 min somebody opened the door, still did not know where to go. "We stayed here with my husband and family, and our experience was truly special. Every time we come back to Recife, we choose this hotel because of the incredible people who work here. The location is also extremely convenient, especially given its proximity to the airport, which makes traveling much easier. The staff, Genesio, Ivan, Davi, Everton, Roberto, Armando, Lincoln, Maria Lucia, Lidma, and Carlos (I hope I remembered everyone correctly), are absolutely nice and amazing. They consistently go above and beyond, making every stay feel warm and personal. They don’t treat you like just another guest; they make you feel welcomed, valued, and at home. People like them are the reason guests keep coming back, and they are truly the heart of this hotel. Breakfast was excellent, everyone was extremely helpful, and it was always one of the highlights of our stay. The only reason I’m not giving a perfect review is that, considering the price of the stay, the rooms could use better upkeep. Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of mold in the room, which was disappointing. This hotel has so much potential, thanks to its genuinely exceptional service and staff. With better room maintenance, the experience would be absolutely perfect. Also, the smoking area should be moved ASAP; it's not really good in front of the hotel."

"The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food, including fresh fruits and different types of bread—it felt authentic and well-prepared. I loved the kitchen; it has everything you need, which made the stay very convenient. The location is amazing, close to everything—just 3 minutes from the beach, restaurants, and shops. Having a car is recommended to get around easily"

"The breakfast was a nice little menu and it was a fresh and hot. There was plenty to eat a variety of cakes, bread, meats, cheeses, egg, sausage, fruit, coffee every staff member that we had interaction with was extremely professional and nice. We had our seven month old baby with us and they had no issues with heating up our water downstairs at the reception area to make his formula. The hotel was old and in need of some repairs, but the staff made things worth the stay. The location was very good and there was some very good restaurants close by and it’s within walking distance of the US consulate. "
