The room was very dirty. The first room smelled terrible because of the bathroom. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain There was mold on the wall. The toilet and shower did not look clean. The key to open the room was broken. I asked to move to another room, and they changed it for me. Unfortunately, the second room was still not very clean. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

O hotel é bem localizado, e a equipe é muito simpática e acolhedora. No entanto, a propriedade em si parece bastante negligenciada e necessita de uma manutenção significativa, além de uma administração mais eficiente. Quando cheguei, fui acomodado em um quarto que ainda não havia sido limpo. Em seguida, fui transferido para outro quarto que estava limpo, porém sem toalhas, e o piso estava completamente molhado devido a um vazamento do ar-condicionado. Tive que informar o problema novamente e, felizmente, a equipe respondeu prontamente e resolveu a situação. Com uma melhor manutenção e uma gestão mais organizada, este hotel tem potencial para oferecer uma experiência muito melhor aos seus hóspedes.

A experiência tem um custo benefício bom. Fiquei 5 diárias no hotel, recepção funcionando de madrugada, quarto enorme embora eu si precisasse de 1 cama tinham 3 camas de solteiro e um banheiro enorme. O ar condicionado funcionou muito bem. Acho que o Wi-Fi poderia ser melhorado. O café da manhã é servido muito bem. Voltaria a me hospedar novamente

Já tinha me Hospedado outra vez. Na primeira vez o quarto era de hotel mesmo, fez jus ao valor ao nome... Foi muito bom. Agora dessa vez não gostei. O quarto perecia velho, tinha uma ante sala que não tinha nada apenas uma escada tipo marinheiro que levava realmente o quarto... Muito ruim o acesso, imagina subir com as malas fora que toda vez que saia e entrava tinha que passar por essa escada...Assebilidade horrível... Poderia também melhorar o molho de salsicha... Parecia mais um monte de salcicha cozida só na água...

O hotel é fedido por sua localização, em frente ao esgoto a céu aberto. Aos fatos: toalhas velhas e quase transparentes, travesseiros velhos e com odores, roupa de cama branca encardida, o ralo do box do chuveiro não dá conta, portanto molha todo o banheiro, e se o serviço da limpeza falha…e para piorar um dos hospedes do evento despencou dois andares no elevador, para tanto não deve ter nem a manutenção de segurança. Durante a minha hospedagem a lotação possivelmente era máxima, mas os funcionários eram sempre os mesmos e, por isso não davam conta de limpeza diária, nem de repor os itens de café da manhã, no entanto, eles devem saber que quando o hotel está lotado o grupo de funcionários deveria ser melhor

O que mais me incomodou foi o fato de que as fotos não correspondiam à realidade. Escolhi o quarto no app e pessoalmente era bem diferente. Quarto limpo, porém o banheiro tinha alguns pontos de morfo. A localização é excelente, porém tem muito barulho de carro. A cama poderia melhorar, o meio fica se abrindo, o que causa desconforto na hora de dormir. Café da manhã muito bom.
