The hotel is old but for 2 nights was ok. There are a lot of homeless in the area. Please be careful. Recife is notorious dangers city. Be carful.

Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo no hotel e gostei muito do atendimento. A estrutura do hotel é boa, porém antiga. O café da manhã não tem muita variedade, mas é muito bom. Voltarei a me hospedar lá, pois a localização é maravilhosa e os funcionários são muito bons!

O quarto estava sujo, com cabelos nos lençóis, o banheiro estava com o botão da descarga solto, não tinha tapete no chão. As paredes do quarto estavam estufadas e mofadas, ao ponto de eu ter uma crise de asma a noite. A toalha de banho claramente, estava fedida.

Fiquei decepcionado porque aluguei com a informação de que havia vaga de estacionamento. Ao chegar, fomos informados de que as vagas acabaram. Tivemos que deixar o carro na praça em frente, perigosa. Nos colocaram em um quarto térreo, com muito barulho, quase não conseguimos dormir. O travesseiro nem pode ser chamado disso, era um pedaço de pano com algumas espumas dentro. Uma vergonha! Colocaram uma manta de solteiro para o casal se cobrir. O café da manhã estava ok. Mas uma toalha de banho estava até desfiando. Enfim, foi bem decepcionante.

Vela Branca precisa melhorar!

Equipe de funcionarios prestativos e educados. Limpeza do quarto ruim, quando chegamos tinham 2 toalhas completamente sujas e o chão bem sujo. Banheiro com box com defeito, que molhava muito o chão. Sifão da pia pingando e também o molhando o chão. Café razoável, com poucas opções. Devido ao alagamento do banheiro, fomos trocados de quarto depois de muita insistência nossa. O outro quarto seguia o mesmo padrão, mas com box molhando menos o banheiro. Novo quarto só tinha 2 tomadas (uma no quarto e outra no banheiro). Toalhas bastantes gastas. Travesseiros desconfortáveis e bem gastos também. Mobiliário do quarto deteriorado. Em resumo, falta muita manutenção pro hotel.

Chegamos no hotel por volta das 19h30,fomos informados que o estacionamento funciona por ordem de chegada, assim já não teria vaga disponível. Prestação de serviço,o quarto não tinha toalhas de banho.. solicitamos na portaria e fomos informados que estavam aguardando pra chegar da lavanderia e até às 23h fariam a entrega no quarto.. resumindo ficamos sem tomar banho,pq nem uma toalha pequena tinha. Cama e roupas de cama,deixaram a desejar. Atendimento da recepção,os profissionais foram gentis.. Quanto as toalhas de banho não foram entregues no quarto,ao questionar na recepção no dia seguinte a resposta foi: Senhores as folgas chegaram por volta das 3h da manhã e preferimos não incomodar.. Café da manhã, não tomamos,poia tinhamos um evento as 5h e por isso não tenho como avaliar.. Simplesmente não recomendo.. Pagar 1 diária de 176,00 e não ter nem como tomar um banho. Foi a pior situação

Péssima Experiência - Overbooking

Fiz minha reserva com mais de 3 meses de antecedência, mandei msg via chat do app(sem resposta), mandei whatsapp para a central do hotel, tudo isso para assegurar que estivesse tudo certo, pois chegaria após 23 hrs. Chegando no hotel as 23:10, não tinha vaga, hotel entrou em overbooking. Eu com uma criança de 2 anos, após mais de 5 hrs de viagem, tomamos chuva na porta do hotel e simplesmente cancelaram minha reserva paga há mais de 3 meses. Me colocaram em outro hotel da rede(onda mar) isso já era 23:50, que também era horrível. Camas com colchões horríveis, banheiro com cantos do box sujo, móveis velhos, paredes sujas. Péssima experiência nesse hotel. Paguem mais caro um pouco e fiquem em outro lugar.

Quando abri a porta tinha uma escada que dava acesso ao quarto. Camas velhas e mofadas. Os travesseiros se desmanchando de tão velhos. Toalhas de banho parecendo pano de chão. Nunca vi um hotel tão acabado. No café da manhã os pratos molhados e mal lavados. Foi horrível. Tive que comprar cobertor e toalha pra poder aguentar ficar lá
