The staff are friendly and efficient. The room was clean and simplistic but dated (especially the mattress), it does look as though they are slowly updating things one thing at a time. The A/C worked well. Limited T.V entertainment (2 channels),no access to platforms such as Netflix etc.

A equipe de funcionários é muito educada e prestativa, mas em número insuficiente para atender os clientes com qualidade. Quando cheguei no quarto, só havia uma toalha e não tinha funcionário para levar ao quarto. O prédio do hotel está velho, os móveis e colchões do quarto também, e as fotos do quarto, que estão no aplicativo, não condiz com a realidade que vivenciei. Me senti enganada. Não sei se o hotel tem quartos em melhores condições que outros, mas no que fiquei, tudo estava decrépito. O café da manhã não tem muita qualidade. Nos dois dias em que estive, a melancia estava podre e o pão não era do dia. Uma decepção. Considero a localização do hotel boa, pois pude ir a todos os pontos turísticos do centro a pé, porém há muitos moradores de rua no entorno, o que dá uma sensação de insegurança. Um ponto positivo é a vista da piscina que é muito bonita, mas a zoada noturna do ruído dos ar-condicionados velhos somados a uma janela que não fechava direito, tornaram a noite ruim. No geral, essa foi a pior acomodação que já estive. Infelizmente não voltaria.

Funcionários otimos, super educados e prestativos. O prédio antigo, e o quarto tinha um cheiro de mofo, abafado. O chuveiro nao esquentava, a cama um pouco desconfortável. O cafe da manha foi ótimo, e tinha bastante coisa para fazer no próprio hotel, e inclusive a vista privilegiada de Recife.

Foram 4 diárias, o quarto não foi limpo nenhuma vez. Falta lixeiras pelos andares e corredores, os elevadores quentes e locais coletivos (piscina, salão de jogos) tudo no escuro, me perguntavam porque não eram acessas as lâmpadas e nos horários de encerramento desligavam, os hóspedes que precisam procurar os disjuntor. Poucos funcionários para auxiliar, principalmente na recepção. Passei 20 minutos apenas para pegar a chave do quarto, pois a atendente estava realizando um checkout.
