I booked late so just took the 2 rooms available for myself and my son. We were there for 3 weeks and 4 days and got the rooms at £20 per night through Expedia which was the cheapest option on a multi list.No seaview but clean and tidy rooms with bottled water left every day in fridge.Nice staff.Great restaurant. Hotel opposite the beach and short walk to Bars, Bureau de Change, night markets etc. Would stay there again no problem. Thanks.

Håpløst med sure og grinete resepsjonister

Vi forventa ikke så mye, dette er tross alt et billig hotell rett ved stranda. Men dama i resepsjonen var så grinete og sur. Også i Thailand da - nesten en prestasjon å finne noen som ikke er serviceminded. Sorry, men aldri mer !

Rotete innsjekking. Hotellet hadde ikke oversikt over bestillingen gjort via Hotels.com, så jeg måtte vise fram bestillingen som var på telefonen min. Usikker på om jeg fikk helt det rommet som var bestilt. Mente det skulle være safe på rommet, men det var det ikke. Rommet var for så vidt ok, men savnet nattbordlampe, og alt på det lille badet ble vått etter en dusj. God mat og service i restaurangen, og fin beliggenhet i forhold til strand og uteliv ellers.

L accueil par la femme qui travail à la réception est affreux , elle a continuer à encaisser les factures du restaurant qui fait partie de l’hôtel et m’a laisser attendre 25 min et après elle me demande le numéro de confirmation de ma réservation 6 fois et fait semblant de me faire comprendre que les chambres sont complet ! Alors je que j’avais ma confirmation. Elle a commencé à chercher sur mon courriel de confirmation le prix que j’avais payé, elle est surprise de voir 23 $ mais ce qu’elle ne comprends pas que c est 40 $ - 17 $ de mes point expédia c est pour ça qu’elle ne voulais pas donner la chambre . Elle a pris 500 baht de garantie aussi En tout cas , à Ne Pas recommander

A receptionist wit a bad memory

Fast check-in but receptionist called me "Papa" AGAIN although on a previous visit I had told her "Sir" would be more appropriate to a guest. Other than that no complaints

Hotellet begynner å bli slitt, det kunne vært renovert. Rommet har kun et strømuttak. Betjeningen er hyggelig og hjelpsomme. Restauranten har god mat. Inngangen til hotellet er igjennom restauranten.

Отель расположен на первой береговой линии пляжа Джомтьен. Общее состояние отеля неплохое, хорошая уборка каждый день. Персонал на ресепшен не очень доброжелательный со слабым английским языком. Лифта в отеле нет, но сотрудники помогли поднять вещи в номер.

Alkukankeuden jälkeen palvelu ystävällistä. Hotelli on vanha ja varustelutaso sen mukainen, mm. pistokkeita vain yksi. Silläkin pärjää, jatkojohto mukaan on hyvä idea. Huoneet hyvän kokoisia, hyvä sänky ja mukavat vuodevaatteet. Miinuksena heikko wifi. Ranta lähellä.

Poor check-in but overall good

Check-in is frustrating. Give the girl on the desk your booking receipt and it takes AGES to find your booking. Not the first time this has happened.Hotel is rather old and room rather basic but aircon works well and shower is hot. Good location right opposite the beach but at night the road is quite noisy and lights outside bright. I had seaview room but next time will request a back room for a better sleep. Breakfast is extra in restaurant at front of building and is satisfying and reasonably priced. Hotel good for the price.
