Such a Beautiful site

Multi hotel complex on the edge of the sea with direct sea views- beach is a staircase away- 6 pools- 7 restaurants- gigantic buffet breakfast- very nice personnel- large honeymoon junior suites with balconies. Only minus is taxi needed to go out in the city.

A wonderful hotel in a good location

Was the second time a guest in this lovely hotel. A room with a terrace and sunbeds is luxurious, but the fact that the elevator takes you directly to the hotel's own beach, where there is also a good restaurant, adds to the feeling even more.

I stayed at 4 accommodations while traveling to Thailand and Royal Cliff Beach Hotel was the best. The room was clean and large, the bathtub and shower facilities were good, especially the swimming pool. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. All the staff were kind, too. the best hotel

The atmosphere is great! Great location if you want the hussle and bussle from walking street and all those things, it is a great difference to be at Royall Cliff where it is quite and peacefull . The people who work there are all very polite and helpfull

Lovely stay!

We had an amazing stay! The property itself is a bit dated, but everything is kept very clean. The room itself was updated and had a beautiful view. Definitely a good, quiet, classy place to stay in busy Pattaya. The only downside was that the bed was quite uncomfortable. But overall a great stay!

There are different types of swimming pools. Especially, infinity pool with ocean view was amazing. There were quite generous amenities and hotel was in the safe/quiet area and had easy access to private beach.

There are not any restaurants around this hotel. Here is far from store , convenience store , shopping mall. If you want to eat and drinks, you should bring those. But, it is so nice hotel for relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Cliff Beach Terrace. The honeymoon deluxe was a great room with a spacious balcony overlooking the ocean and private beach. So calming to relax on the balcony and listen to the waves rolling in. Fabolous grounds with walkways gardens and amzing pool areas. Food, drinks and service all held high standards. A special warm thank you to Mr. Chaiyanan B. (with team) for outstanding service from arrival to departure.

Great hotel, beautiful and big pools, comfy bed, right by the beach, good gym with lots of old but useful equipment. The interior in the room was of good quality. Very good and accommodating personnel. I was appalled however, that such a classy hotel charges 100 baht per set of cutlery and plate, and the housekeeping removes it the next day. These cheap tricks don’t suit such a classy hotel.

Pros: Very well organized breakfast buffet, very satisfied with the room cleaning service, great variety of dining options inside and around the resort, fantastic sea view. Cons: mould in the bathroom, cleanliness around the children’s pool can be vastly improved, a table showed the same ketchup stain for several days (= no cleaning for days), mats with fabric cover on the deckchairs were really grubby. Overall still satisfied with the stay, but the pool area needs improvement.

The location was great and the room was decent but the balcony looked outdated. The linen quality is poor for the price we paid. Breakfast is very expensive regardless of the options, we did not want to spend that much for breakfast. The only thing we like was the view and the pool. We think there is a better hotel with the same price range.

Okay hotel, surely not a 5-star, may be 3.5 at best. Big compound, has several buildings, good swimming pools, nice private beach, breakfast restaurant always busy, one morning of our stay was closed and they had to push us to a restaurant in another building which was double busy. Rooms are okay, but obviously old. Our room tv probably 15 years old. Not going there again.
