Er was weinig variatie in het eten. We konden alles bij de buren op de kamer horen en iedereen die over de gang liep. Badkamer werd niet schoongemaakt er werden alleen nieuwe handdoeken neer gelegd. Personeel vond telefoon belangrijker dan de gasten. Het personeel sprak super slecht engels

Staff friendly and helpful, I told a problem to the receptionist and when I went back to the room, someone was already there to solve it. 5-star. So it is the lobby, the breakfast-room and the well kept pool aera. But the rooms are similar to 3 or 4-star hotels with some furniture showing clear signs of use. Just the view is really nice. And the toilet-technic seems to be from the 1980s. I had the problem of clogging everyday ! It is written at the wall, that you should not throw the used toilet paper into the toilet, but into sanitary bags like women's ties ... what kind of toilet is this ... ? So the rating for a 5-star hotel can only be an 'ok'. Most of the guest from Russia.

Wery nice hotel with friendly service. Clean and relaxed atmosphere. As for many places in Pattaya the area close to the hotel needs to be taken care of to make a 5 star impression. Wont be much effort to remove garbage from the small sandstrip butvit would give a so much better impressipn.

Verder weg geleden maar lekker rustig.

Ligt wat verder weg van centrum maar wel zowat aan het strand. Maar vervoer is zeer goedkoop en hoeft dus geen belemmering te zijn. Het hotel heeft 2 zwembaden met ligbedden maar kan ook gebruik maken van het mooie zwembad van het naastgelegen hotel aan het strand. Ontbijt erg Aziatisch en dus weinig keuze als je voor een Westers ontbijt gaat.

Website's booking conditions unclear!!

First of all, there was a confusing of the booking conditions. We booked for persons including breakfast. in the confirmation from the website said like that as well. We arrived and checked in the receptionist said : Receptionist : I will issue the breakfast coupon for your child and we have to charge it! Madam : What??? I booked including breakfast why i have to pay for her. she running behind the counter back and forward, tried to find the proove that i was misunderstanding. Recep : (came back with piece of papers) Here is the hidden policy and condition about the payment. Madam : Here is my confirmation from the Hotel.com 's website telling me very clearly. I cannot understand into something else, or do you understand something else please tell me i asked. Overall, everything was ok, except for the long checked in time just because of the misunderstanding of the unclear from whom i still don't understand. whether from the website or from the staffs themselves. but anyway, somebody must improve. Hotel was great, front desk personnel were great, the only disappointment/ insulting thing was each time I went to breakfast as I would go inside there would be other guest ahead of me going in however the hostess would only ask me for my breakfast ticket before letting me go inside, they never asked the Korean guest for their tickets. I found this very insulting as a guest especially whenever I finished eating I would leave a tip even though I wasn’t required to. All customers should be treated the same.
