I didn’t like the check-in and the dealing with the people at the reception very rude not friendly always ready to assault you. I never felt so bad with the receptionist people whatever you ask you always receive a very rude answer. The only nice person at the reception it was the night Porter very friendly very negative experience this year the only trouble is that the hotel is in a very good position right in the centre you no need any transport to get to the nightlife you fancy.

The room was not a deluxe room. The bed was broken. It smell like a toilet. When it rained, it rained in my room. The fridge sounds very load. Ready to exploded. No TV remote for the old TV. The girl at the front desk was so rude. The maid was great!

予約が入ってる事を理解していなくてチェックインにかなり手間取った。指定の部屋は工事の掃除をしていなく変更してもらった。セーフティボックスも設置しているが作動していない。が、全てを凌駕してスタッフが一生懸命なので許せます。

周辺には夜遊びは勿論、CVS、レストランなど揃っていて滞在には便利。ウオーキングストリートに近いが特に騒々しい事もない。設備は古いが清潔感は保てているし何しろリーゾナブル。アメニティは石鹸以外何も無いがこの価格ならむしろ潔いかなと変に納得。スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで周辺情報も丁寧に教えてくれた。また宿泊さしてもらいます。

I have been a loyal customer for 25 years returning once or twice a year, usually for 14-21 each visit. The maid service and front desk service is excellent. Rooms are fine and AC is always cold enough. While the hotel is getting older, rooms have been upgraded over the years. Great hot water but sometimes faucets leak. Good class of clients to hotel. Hotel is a good value for a basic room. I always stay in a Deluxe room but a standard room is almost as good.
