"Very far out of Rome and if you arrive late you will receive no help. The bathroom was good but the paint on the room walls was scraped and not in the best shape."

Our host Filippo was excellent from the time he greeted us at the property, carried our bags up to our room, arranged taxi rides, provided a wonderful breakfast every morning, provided great and timely communication as well as making dinner reservations for us at an exceptional spot under Roman ruins. The room was clean and looked out to the church square, a class act. I highly recommend this property and definitely would come back, it was hard...
