"Regularly stay at the Crown...as a stopover on our way out or back to NZ...had an issue this trip with our shower hose disconnecting at the fitting which made for a cold shower to start with while we got rain head going...only dampened our stay a little and every confidence that the maintenance man will be in there now...didn't dampen our stay though...thanks guys"

"I had some trouble using the self check-in kiosk, and the issue was because I booked through Expedia. The kiosk charged my card again after I had already paid via Expedia's website. I ended up talking to the front desk staff, who figured out why I was charged again and reversed the extra charge. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and cozy, and the breakfast was the best I've ever had at a Holiday Inn."
