The staff was amazing to me as I visited my family in the Philippines, helping with with any request and arrangements. They also upgraded my room which was very appreciated. I will be going back regularly to visit my family and will be happy to stay at the Jazz Towers again. Beautiful views of the city, great location with everything a person needs in the Jazz Towers complex and associated shopping mall including a supermarket and great restaurants such as the Viking Buffet and Dumpling restaurant.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,001 reviews)
I enjoyed my room overall. I would’ve liked my room serviced a bit more though. I had to consistently ask for toilet paper, coffee and tea, and fresh towels. I also had to specifically request (in addition to the make up room sign) for housekeeping to come in. The housekeeper was very nice though. Breakfast was good but I didn’t expect that I’d be limited to one drink and one plate of food off the menu each day. Although the food was good, I was often still hungry after I finished eating. Also, although this is a bit nitpicky, I don’t really understand why my room had a small kitchen when there aren’t any pots, pans, standard cups, or cooking/ eating utensils provided. Just seems a bit misleading to people who book the room because it has a kitchen only to find out they can’t use it.

"The location is great and the staff are helpful. The room are little outdated, floor tiles are taped to hold together and the the shower heater is not working when we were there. Also I got some insect bites during our stay. But overall considering the location and the price I think it is ..."
