"The room was great! The breakfast wasn’t great. The pool was at a good temperature the first day we went in but the next day it was really cool. The worst thing I have to say is getting back the security deposit. It’s been 12 business days and I s still haven’t received it."

"Your stay really does begin at the front desk—and unfortunately, that set the tone for everything that followed. Two staff members were surrounded by personal items (purses, phones, takeout containers, drink bottles, chargers), which immediately felt unprofessional. One had her feet up while checking us in, and the interaction felt more like we were an inconvenience than guests—just “last name?” and “license?” with no warmth or welcome. The room itself was fine, but several basic service issues made the stay frustrating. The restaurant was closed with no prior notice. The room didn’t have a blow dryer, and when we called to request one, no one answered. We went down to the front desk and found no one there—after waiting about 10 minutes, someone finally arrived and said they’d send one up. After another 30+ minutes with nothing delivered, I ended up knocking on a neighboring room to borrow one. A little attention to detail and basic customer service would go a long way for Crowne Plaza."

I was calling the front desk to check-in after waiting quite a while, and I asked the maintenance person to help me find someone to check-out after waiting a while again the next morning. The hotel could use a little sprucing up and did not match the expectations we had for it. The hotel listed a restaurant but it was not open."

"DIdn't get the breakfast because it closed earlier than advertised on weekdays. Staff was not the most welcoming. Our AC was broken for several hours, they did end up fixing it. Carpet was filthy dirty. Just don't feel I got what I paid for."

"The staff is always wonderful and go above and beyond with anything that you need. It is a beautiful hotel… This is the fourth year in a row that I have stayed there and I’ve never had any problems and the rooms are always beautiful and clean."
