"What a gem this place was. From walking into the picturesque courtyard, & up onto the deck, and opening the door into a beautiful cozy studio, and then opening the fridge and finding a beautiful platter waiting for us. Lots of information of the area, things to do and where to eat, which had been personalised on the front with our names. Not to mention the lovely toiletries and big comfy bed. This place is just perfect and spotlessly clean. Thank you so much Christine and Graham, we loved our visit here. You have created a beautiful studio and garden. "

"We found the rooms very clean. The host was informative before our visit and let us know that he would be in Perth and to expect some delay in responding to queries. From a pet point of view, the whole place is quite good. We made a lot of use of the kitchen and were able to prepare our meals easily with the facilities provided."

"Good comfy King size bed. Clean room and shower with nice smelling products. Fun 'pick a box' night at the pub on Friday. Go with an open mind and a sense of humour. Housekeeping were great, turning a rug (potential trip hazard) around and fetching more tea bags. Fan stuck at one speed and blower/heater didn't work but apart from that we had a lovely stay. "

"The host was extremely attentive with great communication. The property was lovely with lots of wildlife. The accommodation was pretty nice but we were staying there with our mother and the walls are quite thin so not much privacy. Also, it could have been checked for bugs/spiders a bit better. But overall it was pretty good. "

"Property is great, but massive downside is no WiFi. This should be flagged at top of listing - a note for the owners and Hotels.com/Expedia. Some people may want a place with no WiFi, so it can be a selling point too. But this place has very poor mobile phone reception too. For a combined holiday with the need to do some work, this just didn't work. The owners also highlighted the TV, which only had basic channels despite being a smart TV. The place was spotless, but relatively basic. The check in and check out instructions were too threatening and old-style holiday camp telling off, rather than a welcoming holiday retreat. If you need a family place by the beach this might be for you. "
