"The room was a concrete floor, the matt/rug on the floor was tough and sharp (you couldnt stand on it barefoot), get up in the middle of the night to pee and you just about fall over in pain when you forget about the rug... The bathroom was poorly designed, the shower has no curtain or glass door to protect the outside floor, when you go to brush your teeth, youre standing on the cold wet floor. There is a drain but it clearly wasnt installed properly to let the water flow out. The parking lot is a joke. Its a 1st come 1st served situation and there are potholes all over the place. For the price that was spent for 1 night is ridiculous. They dont have a reception so what are you paying for in terms of service? For the quality of the stay They should reduce their price and also relabel from Hotel to Motel! I don't give 1 stars often and the only reason i dont now is because their TV system was adequate."

"The host was extremely attentive with great communication. The property was lovely with lots of wildlife. The accommodation was pretty nice but we were staying there with our mother and the walls are quite thin so not much privacy. Also, it could have been checked for bugs/spiders a bit better. But overall it was pretty good. "

"Property is great, but massive downside is no WiFi. This should be flagged at top of listing - a note for the owners and Hotels.com/Expedia. Some people may want a place with no WiFi, so it can be a selling point too. But this place has very poor mobile phone reception too. For a combined holiday with the need to do some work, this just didn't work. The owners also highlighted the TV, which only had basic channels despite being a smart TV. The place was spotless, but relatively basic. The check in and check out instructions were too threatening and old-style holiday camp telling off, rather than a welcoming holiday retreat. If you need a family place by the beach this might be for you. "

"The house was amazing. Facilities and amenities galore. The house is well set up for living, relaxing, cooking, and celebrating. The Christmas decorations were up which was just lovely to walk into. The mattresses comfy all round, the nightly chorus of magpies and galahs were entertaining and enjoyable to chat with and feed! The view through the trees is delightful and ever changing. We had a great family holiday. "
