We loved sitting on the screened back porch watching squirrels and various types of birds come and go. The home was centrally located to the events my family was wanting to visit. "Rolando was very good about returning calls and dealing with any issues. Couple of mechanical issues that were dealt with very promptly. Home is clean, quiet neighborhood. Nicest bedroom is on the second floor which could be an issue for some. "

"This was an ideal place to stay. Full kitchen, eating and sitting spaces. If you needed more floor space during the day, the bed is a murphy bed. Great outdoor space and laundry on site. Would be perfect for tdy or traveling nurse, a relocation space until permanent space could be kind. Not walkable but a sense of security if you are traveling alone."

"The house itself was nice however pulling up to the house the grass was tall and the dumpsters were over flowing. There were not enough wash cloths and towels for 6 people which was the booking amount. The hot tub and pool were dirty and neither was heated like the owner stated they would be. We had to contact the owner which responded however we had to trouble shoot the pool and hot tub the entire time we were there. The hot tub continuously drained and was freezing. The pool company came out on the 3rd day however none of the issues were fixed. "

"We had a wonderful time. The host was wonderful in response time. Any thing I had a message about he answered pretty quickly. We loved having a big house to ourselves and an inground pool. We will book again if we ever come back to Florida. "

"The host was welcoming; even put a couple of small birthday balloons in the house. We were a group of women celebrating at 60th and a 70th birthday. The rental company responded to any questions I had within minutes. The noon check in and check out times were fantastic. Every rental should adopt that. The view from the back porch was awesome.The beds were comfortable. "
