"Good hotel at a great location with a friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely stay there again."

"Booked this hotel for the pool and outdoor fire pit. We were told pool closes at sunset and opens at sunrise, (Expedia did not indicate this), at 10 am they were using the pool cleaner machine and pool towels not regularly stocked. Pool was cold. Staff told us fire pit did not work for the past two weeks. Our hotel room ended up being handicapped accessible which I did not book specifically. Would not get that room- had a wall view to other side of hotel. No towel bar holder next to tub, no stool to put things on, not a lot of space to put your own shampoo on in shower, no garbage bin in sink area, breakfast was ok, not a huge selection, tables were often dirty, laundry room (for a hotel of 122 rooms) had one washer and one dryer, coffee water area was often messy, our room had a blinking light that we called maintenance-no one came, my husband had to grab a screw driver and remove light bulb himself, not sure why when things are broke no one fixes them. Parking was easy and close to some restaurants. "

"The room was old and the walls paper thin. We had to turn on the tv at bedtime to overcome the noise of the conversation of people in the next room. We hardly slept all night. Toilet was running all the time. I had to leave the exhaust fan running to overcome the toilet noise. Dirt or mold on the caulking around base of toilet. No shower doors, just a shower curtain with a low kevel shower, not a bathtub, so water from the shower leaked onto the floor. The water made the tile slippery but fortunately neither my wife nor I fell. We will NEVER stay at this hotel"

"Come to see the rocket launch. We had a great time. Staff was nice, rooftop bar was great, apps were good. We had a “blast”. There was a rude guest who kept calling down to the front desk because my kids were playing at 630pm. Everyone was in bed by 845 watching a movie and she continued to call down to the front desk. Then the woman had the audacity to knock on our door at 8am asking us if we were leaving bc we were too loud. We have never had issues like this before. She was out of her mind and I think the front desk knew it as well but there was nothing they could do. "

"When speaking to the manager, it seemed super nice & well managed. Once we got to the property & entered it looked nice, but that was before looking closer… When we pulled down one of the futon beds, crumbs & yucky stuff FLEW everywhere. & when we covered that up with a sheet & then opened up a blanket to get some sleep after a long day of travels, we noticed a… peculiar… stain on the blanket. With there being a washer & dryer on site, that was enough for us to grab our things & leave. Absolutely disgusting…"

"This is a great place to stay! I was there to view a rocket launch. The launch was postponed, but I was able to see 2 others! The view from the pier on the property is FABULOUS!! Also, the sunrise view is absolutely breathtaking! So nice to wake up to every morning! The location is convenient to so many places! Playalinda beach, Kennedy Space Center, great restaurants, the Wizard of Oz Museum, Coco Beach! And there is a neighborhood restaurant right down the street! New York, New York. The condo is a tri-level, so you will be climbing up and down stairs daily--it's a great workout! I am much stronger after 10 days! The host was super helpful with questions before I arrived and was available as needed while I was there. I recommend and would book this place again. As a matter of fact, I have!"
