"The Property was extremely well kept. Loved seeing the Groundskeeper take such pride in the landscaping! The Breakfast is advertised as “ Continental Breakfast “ However, we found that it was more like a Continental +Plus Breakfast! "

"Overall, the stay was okay, but the hotel definitely needs some major renovations and upkeep. The cleanliness was just average, and I actually had to be moved to a different room due to the condition of the first one. The rooms showed a lot of wear and tear, and unfortunately none of the vending or drink machines were working during the stay. The pool was also closed, which was disappointing. Staff did help relocate me when needed, so I appreciate that, but I’m hoping the property invests in remodeling and improvements going forward because it has potential."

"We had an amazing weekend stay here! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super helpful and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. It honestly felt like a home away from home. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it!"

"Parking was okay. Kitchen was shared and we did no cooking. Bathroom not so nice. Pipe in sink leaked so message was posted to use just a little water. Toilet did not flush well. Owner had to flush it for me twice. A/C unit too small for converted garage where bed was. Really hard to sleep on futon with a foam overlay due to valleys and uneven sides. It was very hot also. Owner was cordial; however. Nothing to do in area. "

"House was fully equipped for a great stay! We loved the privacy back yard. My kids enjoyed all the beach toys plus chairs and umbrellas were awesome! Very clean & host was very communicative!"

"Pics online make it look a lot more glamorous. It was good for a few days that we were waiting for our cruise. If I would have booked this for a week long vacation I would have been disappointed, the game room had a air hockey table that was very wobbly, foosball table that was uneven, there were two bicycles there that had flat tires and the chain was off one of them. The yard had no grass and was over grown with weeds. In the house we couldn’t adjust the temperature one part of the house was warm and the other cold. We had to wait for the hot water in the shower after a few showers. After wearing white socks on the floor they were black when we took them off. The laundry room and kitchen were good location was good with Walmart being pretty close for all of our needs, and a short drive to cocoa beach. Check in and check out was a breeze with clear directions for what to do. "

"Our vacation with 3 grandkids was great staying here, the pool was a bonus as the kids were swimming for hours each day and the hot tub was relaxing at the end of our busy days. Will definitely try to rent this house again next visit to Florida"
