"Nathan at check in was very nice. All staff at this hotel was awesome. You were made to feel so welcome. Each time you leave and return staff were say welcome back. Breakfast was a hot meal. Breakfast area was clean. Coffee available all day and night. We did not choose to have room service, but if we were in need of something they accommodated our need. There was a guest laundry. I would definitely stay at this facility if ever returning to Cocoa, FL. Lots of eating places within in a short driving distant. "

"My family had a great time here! We traveled from NWA coming to spend spring break with our grandparents. It was plenty of room for the ones staying with us here. The pool was maintained very well! The kids played in it from sun up to sun down. The pool table and darts were an added bonus for in between eating and swimming. Everything you need is in the house. Plenty of towels along with washer and dryer (which is very essential when you travel with kids). Loved this property! When we come back, we will be booking again!"

"The staff was average and the rooms were dirty , dingy and the curtains in the room need to be thrown away. The rooms also had a musty smell. I will not be staying there again"
