"Great location, beautiful hotel. Bathrooms were not clean and needed some TLC. Hotel staff Definitely lacking in preparedness. I came for the Ella Langley concert. Hotel was packed. I had never been to Little Rock before and was surprised what a sleepy town it was, especially since such a big venue is in the heart of the city. Everything in the hotel and surrounding closed sooooo early! The hotel Starbucks and restaurant were not ready for the crowds and closed early. I was shocked most of the hotel employees didn’t even know Ella was in town! This was the hotel’s chance to stay open late and feed all the hungry concert goers! After the concert, tons of hotel guests were just standing around in the lobby waiting for door dash to bring food. Big loss on the hotel’s side. The hotel is beautiful and is right on the river but the grounds are definitely lacking. Lots of homeless. Did not feel safe to walk alone. There is a bridge very close to the hotel to walk to the concert venue but it isn’t maintained well and was dark and had graffiti all over it. This is the perfect place to elevate as I would have loved to walk home on the bridge after the concert but it didn’t feel safe. The hotel needs to work with the city on this to make it a more, safe, walkable city. The main strip that the hotel is on has quite a few restaurants but nowhere to shop. Definitely missing out on income opportunities! Overall good hotel and would visit again."
