"As a Hilton Honors member, the ability to use the App to check in, use a digital key and communicate with the front desk is a plus. The Embassy Suites in Hot Springs was no exception. The cleanliness of everything at the hotel was great. And as always, the made to order breakfast did not disappoint."

"So free parking at a downtown adjacent property is already a win. The hotel is immaculately clean. It's an old property and I don't know what the architects were on when they were concocting it, but they make it work. Highly recommended though"

"The staff were very nice and the main areas were clean. Our room could have been cleaner as there was dust on the furnishings and under the desk. The refrigerator would tilt when opened. "

"Only significant complaint is that we requested that our room be cleaned each day and were assured it would be but in each day we had to catch the housekeeper and ask her to attend to our room. Front desk failed to put us on the list despite promises to do so."

"We did not have breakfast there, the room was poorly cleaned the bathroom towel shelf was dusty, the carpet was dated and the bedding on the bed was not up to par the comforter had a stain. I'm glad I had disposable linen. The towels however appeared to be new. The staff was very professional and nice, this made up for a lot of the flaws sited in the hotel "

"The entire staff is very friendly and does a wonderful job. I will definitely stay at the La Quinta in Bryant if I travel here again and put La Quinta on the booking list when traveling elsewhere."
