At this time of year, it is an exceptionally quiet location - we stayed 3 nights and don't think we heard a vehicle drive past the entire time!"

"We loved the Shak! Very spacious and clean. Great location for visiting sites on the south of KI. And we especially loved seeing all of the wallabies right outside (one night there were 10 at once, and one even had a joey). This is a special place and we highly recommend it. "

Unfortunately the internet wasn't working, but this was not the owner's fault. Otherwise our stay was perfect and in a great location if you want to see the whole island."
