"The two night stay was absolutely brilliant, the hotel was lovely the owners could not do enough to make your stay as good as possible.
The room we had was large and very comfortable and the food was second to none, breakfast and evening meals. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone whose interested in visiting Dunster. "

"An overnight stay for my wife and self, a proper pub in a village with decent food and warm exceptionally clean accommodation.
Beer was good and locals were friendly, as were the staff, parking in the village square 50 yards from the premises. What's not to like .

"Owner and his son were really helpful. We arrived late and left early, but will come back for a more leisurely stay as it was so welcoming and our room was lovely."

10/10 Excellent
"Lovely hotel in a small prretty village. Good food in rhe pub, very dog friendly and very relaxed friendly staff. On arrival our allotted room only had a shower. I was really hoping for a bath, so the owner very kindly upgraded us to a room with a bath. Would definitely stay again. Plenty of walks from the door. "
"Extra friendly staff with a very efficient check in. After a recent trip to Scotland this hotel was by far a winner in both the price stakes and quality. "
"Chris and Freya were such welcoming hosts. The place was absolutely perfect and we bought the most beautiful eggs I've ever seen from the farm. So relaxing and perfect location for loads of walks!"
