My daughter and I stayed at this hotel as we were attending a wedding in Paris. It is set in a quiet residential area next to a large lake and although close to a road there was no traffic noise. There was plenty of parking at the hotel. There is a train station you can walk to and bus stops nearby, however, we did not use them, so I can not comment on them. Close by is a large, modern shopping mall, a 10 minute walk away, with a bug selection of shops and a huge supermarket. Inside the mall there were a wide range of places to eat all through the day and into the evening, including a McDonald’s. We used the hotel restaurant for dinner and the food and service were excellent. You can scan a menu to read it in English, which was very helpful. We arrived very late at night after travelling on the Eurostar and were welcomed and booked in quickly and efficiently. The room was spacious and clean and was serviced every day. The bed was very comfortable. There was a kettle and cups and a few fruit teas bags and along with a small fridge/chiller in the room. There are water stations in the hallways where you can get chilled still or sparking water in a glass bottle, which was provided in the room. We had a great stay at this hotel and found all of the staff friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Parking is great and quite. Not the most upscale or up to date. It rated 4 star, it would rate at a 3 stars due it limited amenities. Don’t expect luggage service or help opening doors. Overall not bad for the price of $130.00 per night.

Super stay!
Great stay. After a slight mix up with my booming and the required room type the staff went over and beyond to get us sorted. Great room, lovely staff in the restaurant. The hotel is a 10 min pleasant walk to the shopping mall where you the metro right into the centre. Lovely pool area. Would stay again.

Sandrine makes the best breakfast in town! Everything is tasty. Of course, the croissant, the baguette, the bread in general is fresh and delicious. They gave yogurt with fruits in the side. They have various different kind of cheese. Great juices, hot chocolate, coffees, espressos, cappuccinos, etc. They even have bacon which is really not a French classic! They have cereals and pastries. I'm sure I forget some stuff. And everything is the best! The service staff at the restaurant and in the hotel is top notch. The only negative is the gate to get to the hotel didn't work when we were there. And the hotel would need a little refreshing of the rooms. But we would come back and stay there again in a heartbeat. 45 minutes drive or metro to Paris center.

Unsatisfactory STAY at Paris
Plates wont be clean while u have breakfast. Pls watchout. AC will not work and instead they ask you to Open windows or will give you fan. For Checkin was waiting for 20 mins..no one was there at reception. If u come late at night with kids..becareful as staff at reception will watch Adult content on large screen. Room cleaning service is horrible.. inspite of placing DND, staff still try to enter to clean room. Hand football game is only for namesake. For 3 days i was following up but staff couldn't find.

We stayed at this hotel from the 7-10 Apr & they didn’t supply what I had booked & despite numerous requests they failed to address the issues raised. I booked 3 beds as my 2 step daughters cannot sleep together in a bed. When we arrived at the hotel (7th) we found that we had been given a room with just 2 beds. I raised this with the person on the front desk who said there was nothing she could do & I had to speak to the person who was on duty in the morning. In the morning I raised this with the person on the desk & they said when I returned that evening (8th), this issue would be resolved. When I returned in the evening, I spoke to the person on the front desk & they knew nothing about it. They tried to sort out another room but they said they only had another room exactly the same as what we had, but they would leave a note for day team to resolve it. I asked if I could have a complimentary breakfast as for 2 nights I hadn’t had the room I had booked. They said no problem & noted it down. When we came down in the morning (9th) at 0955 there was nothing left for breakfast. Another family was complaining as they had paid for a breakfast service and there was nothing there, see photos below: Food can run out but the person in charge of the kitchens attitude was terrible & she was also rude. So we left with no breakfast. We returned that night from Disneyland, our room hadn’t been changed & our existing room hadn’t been cleaned. Air con also didn’t work.

First of all the check-in was a very unwelcoming experience and the receptionist didn’t have any level of customer service. We booked a family room for two adults and two kids, and the beds had only one blanket. I tried to call the reception to get an extra blanket as our kids wanted to sleep with individual blankets, but didn’t get any answer. In the evening we went down to the reception to ask for another blanket and had to have an interrogation style conversation as to why our kids needed to sleep with a blanket which felt very uncomfortable. Usually these kind of simple requests are easily taken care of and a customer should never ever have to explain their needs.. Next morning the receptionist had changed and the level of customer service improved slightly and check-out went somewhat normally. Only positive thing (with sarcasm) was, that the over double of the amount of the actual stay charged deposit, returned in just within 48 hours. Overall can’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is conveniently located for the metro (around 15 mins walk) which we wanted to use to get into the heart of Paris. The public areas in the hotel are modern but the room we stayed in was a little tired. Having said that we all slept well and would quite happily stay there again. The hotel also felt safe and the staff were very helpful.

Ok for short stays
The pros: the staff did their very best, thank you to them. The lobby is nice and the pool area pleasant too. The rooms were run down with ingrained dirt in the bathroom. The aircon seemed to be on but actually did nothing with the room temperature at night over 27 degrees. Requests to change this were not helped. When I switched off the aircon and opened the window our baby ended up with over 30 mosquito bites. Guests were not asked to wear masks - covid discipline was very poor.

The staff is friendly and professional. Our room is good but the AC blower didn't work so well. And its a bit cramped for 3 people. Breakfast was great, but the tables inside were always covered in dust. The pool closes at 7pm. So plan accordingly if you want to take a swim after a day of sightseeing. I would stay here again.

I liked that the property was family friendly. However, their infant cribs were cheap. I ended up sleeping with my toddler in bed with me because it was not level. I liked that kids could play outside and their was free parking. The room was overall accommodating for what we needed. The staff was very friendly!

Very good modern hotel, excellent breakfast, free parking, free wifi, free breakfast, excellent view, does absolutly deserve at least an average of a 8. As every hotel there are some down sides like the the shower water pressure and overall quality of the bathroom but overall good choice close to center of Paris, Disney and Versailles

Stayed here with my son a little out of the way but it had a pool and I knew we didn’t want to wLk Paris every day . We took an Uber to creitel University’s metro stop . All in great hotel not much to do in immediate vicinity .

Very poor customer service, no body care about the customers. Fire Alam went off none of the staff bother to say weather it is Falls Alam or not All the customer are running with their children no one bother to assess them or coordinate. I have to assess every one by myself I will not recommend to book in the future

The place is under reconstruction now, it was difficult to find the entrance, the rooms were not kept well, and the whole place looked like a mess. The staff were better than expected from a place that looks like that, but didn't go out of their way to make our stay better under the poor conditions of the place.

2018 New Year Visit
Overall it's a good Hotel. South of Faris. Ask far a lake view. Room needs microwave. Central paris far. Nearest metro is good 15-20 walk. Breakfast is good when adults pays kids are free. Rental car locations conveniently located on site in the parking lot.
