The hotel staff were very nice and swift to attend to my needs. I had a good experience staying there. The rooms are a bit small but I guess that's the case for most hotels in Paris.

The front staff was nice enough. Paid $350 for 1 night. The room was the size of my closet at home. Totally cramped. If you ha e to use the elevator to go to your room...beware. You better not be claustraphobic. Smallest elevator I have ever been in. Even the elevators in Japan are bigger. If you are tall, you will not be able to sit on the toilet. The sink leg comes half way across the front of the loo and you cant find a comfortable position to sit in. The Vietnamese Barrista will make a coffee you for 4€, which is a rip off. Breakfast for 15€ is also a rip Would never stay here again.

The front desk staff is excellent! Knowledgeable, helpful, and kind which was wonderful given that it was my first time in Paris. The room was small, but clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Really pleasant place to stay
This place is absolutely gorgeous. Immediately you are met with friendly staff who can speak multiple languages, which is so reassuring for those who don’t speak French confidently. They were beyond helpful and really put us at ease during our stay. The room itself was delightful. Very clean and tidy, with an amazing view outside to add. It was a very good location with great access to metro services. Overall, I would love to stay here again.

If I could give a minus figure for a review I would. Our room didn't have working electrical outlets/plugs. We woke up after first night and our cell phones were dead because the outlets weren't working to charge our cell phones. The outlet in the bathroom wasn't working so my wife couldn't use the blow dryer for her hair. We complained on our way out to a scheduled and prepaid guided tour to the Louvre and I received numerous calls from them while we were at the Louvre telling me that the room outlets couldn't be fixed and if we wanted to be put into a new room (only 1 was available), we would have to return to the hotel as soon as possible because the maid would need to clean our room (Why I don't know because I guess they would rent the room to someone else knowing the outlets weren't working). So, on our first day in Paris, we left the city center and flagged down a taxi to take us back. The room they offered was even smaller with a view of the side of the building behind it and the bathroom was so small and at such a bad angle, I could barely get to the toilet or shower. We declined that room and were told they couldn't fix the outlets so I had to call Expedia back and ask them to move us to a different hotel. I can't believe we had to actually pay for that hotel, it should have been free! No working outlets and we had to pay for the taxi back there, then another taxi to the second hotel. We only had three days in Paris and this horrible situation took 4 hours out of it!

The staff was great, but there were issues with general maintenance of the property . The rooms phone & fridge didn't work and lock on the door had to be slammed to closed .They were not addressed during the stay. But the hotels location was in a great neighbor and bathroom though small was perfectly appointed .

The hotel is designed beautifully and the staff was super nice and helpful! However, our room was on the ground floor and the breakfast area was literally just outside our door. Every morning we woke up by the noise of people eating and chatting. It's not OK to place a room so close to this kind of noise, let alone a superior room, which we actually paid extra for. In addition, the shower door was not perfectly insulating and every shower ended up with a flooded bathroom.

Very last minute trip to Paris. This hotel was the prize. Brand hotel with a wonderful, local personality. Near Metro station, perfect neighborhood food and drink options. Exceptional, friendly and helpful staff (with a smile). The room (Superior) was exceptionally large by European standards with a full sized en suite bathroom and a beautiful view. Offers a buffet breakfast (that looked delicious- though we didn’t have time to partake). Nice extra: Ordered a taxi to the door for early morning flight out. (Con: if any, tiny elevator). Can’t recommend enough.

Beautiful hotel in nice quiet area
The hotel is a lovely little boutique type place, not too far away from the restaurants, shops etc. The room was beautiful with a lovely view and the area was quiet, especially at night, didn’t get disturbed by others guests which made a nice change as I’m a light sleeper. The lift is absolutely tiny but it was fine for transporting luggage up to our room. The staff were pleasant. Would definitely stay there again. Only negative was there was no iron in the room

Lovely little hotel in the centre of Paris, lots of cafes & restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is part of an old Parisien building so the rooms are small but full of character & the staff are really friendly.

It was my 3rd times of staying here Neuville and every time It is pleasure. especially the hotel staffs are very kind. Genuinely kind.. Not fake one. I was not so happy with cleaning service though. specially for the bathroom. But otherwise very pleasure. The room is small as usual in Paris but the room is very clean and new and there is no odor. I will definitely stay here again next time! I could not get his name in reception desk cause he did not wear a name badge. But thanks a lot for your help and kindness! Chloe from NYC

Very nice location close to metro station and quiet area.Personnel was friendly and smiling . Breakfast was rich and tasty in a nice environment . The room was very clean and nicely decorated..The only issue is related with the elevator which a bit tight.

This is a nice older hotel. The room is a little small as can be expected in a European Hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. The bathroom is small but well designed - large sink. The staff were quite pleasant and professional. The area is safe and quiet.

I didn’t like this hotel at all It’s Very small and old. The elevator only hold one person and it’s old and made me feel unsafe so I had to take the stairs. There was a plumbing issue or something because my carpet was soaked for no reason at all which in turn gave my room a bad odor and my bags got damaged. The manager was never available and my concerns were never met

Our hotel stay was fine. I already mentioned in a previous review that we were unable to check in at our designated time (had to wait over an hour), but it was responded to promptly which I appreciated. Overall the hotel is fine. The room was pretty small but it was decorated nicely, and considering the room size the bathroom was a decent size too. The room service was so-so. The gentlemen working the front desk upon check in blamed them for us not being able to check in on time which seemed kind of unprofessional. His exact words, "I told her to clean it this morning but she didn't. So when you arrived I called her to clean it". It was kind of awkward, so we waited in the dining area for about an hour after 14 hours of flying. I would like to compliment Francis who worked the reception area in the evening. My travel partner lost her phone in an uber and he helped us contact our uber driver and speak to him in order to retrieve her phone. We are very appreciative of that.
