This space combines classic refinement and contemporary comfort and is ideally located for enjoying Parisian life. Please note that the apartment is not suitable for children.
Le logement
The building was constructed in 1885 by an aristocratic French family.

Important : You access the apartment directly from the street thanks to your private entrance. The apartment has 2 secure doors. From the ground floor, there are stairs to access the main floor.

The apartment includes:
- 1 Living room
- 1 Counter with seating for 7
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen
- 1 Shared bathroom (with shower and WC)
- 1 Private bathroom (see below)
- 1 Separate WC

3 bedrooms arranged as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed
- Bedroom 2 with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (shower, no WC)
- Bedroom 3 with mezzanine - double bed (1m/3ft high no window)
- Living room convertible into a bedroom: sofa bed for two people

The apartment is comfortable for 6 people and can accommodate up to 8 people.

Accès des voyageurs
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the ground floor

NB : You access the apartment directly from the street thanks to your private entrance. The apartment has 2 secure doors. From the ground floor, there are stairs to access the main floor.

Please note that the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or children.
Autres remarques
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
