The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this spacious and functional apartment, designed to accommodate up to five travelers. Perfectly arranged & located, it is ideal for a stay in Paris with friends, family or for business.



The apartment includes:

• A bright and welcoming living room: the lounge area has a double sofa bed (140 × 200 cm), a television and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.

• A sleeping area: the bedroom has a Queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm), a single sofa bed with new and very comfortable bedding - also storage space and a ceiling fan.

• A bathroom: the bathroom includes a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap & shampoo.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

• A fully equipped open kitchen with a microwave, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as all the utensils, pots and pans needed to prepare your meals.

• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.

• A laundry room: the apartment also includes a washing machine (in a room outside the apartment in the hallway), a drying rack, an iron and an ironing board.

Public Transport

Metro: Nearby metro stations like Villiers (Lines 2 and 3) and Malesherbes (Line 3) provide easy access to the heart of Paris and its attractions.

RER: The Pereire-Levallois RER station (Line C) offers quick connections to key destinations within the city.

Bus: Several bus lines, including lines 30, 31, 94, and 341, serve the area, with convenient stops at Villiers and Pereire-Levallois RER Station.



From Airports

Charles-de-Gaulle Airport: Taxi or Uber rides are available for approximately €50-€70, providing a hassle-free journey to your destination.

Orly Airport: Take the Orlyval light rail to Antony, transfer to RER B towards Charles-de-Gaulle Airport, and then switch to Line 2 at Gare du Nord, alighting at Villiers. Alternatively, taxi or Uber rides cost around €30-€40.



From Parisian Train Stations

Gare du Nord: Hop on Line 2 at La Chapelle station, or take a taxi or Uber for around €10-€15.

Gare de l'Est: Board Line 7 to Opéra, switch to Line 3 for Malesherbes, or opt for a taxi or Uber ride for approximately €15-€20.

Gare de Lyon: Transfer from Line 14 at Châtelet to Line 1, and then to Line 3 at Opéra for Malesherbes.

Gare Montparnasse: Take Line 13 to Saint-Lazare, then transfer to Line 3 for Malesherbes.

Gare d'Austerlitz: Board Line 5 to République, switch to Line 9, and then to Line 3 at Havre-Caumartin for Malesherbes.

Family-Friendly Services

If you need a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice), and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that we do not provide baby linen.



Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. For early check-ins or late check-outs, please confirm availability 24 hours prior, and applicable charges may apply.



Deposit Requirement

A deposit of €250 is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. You can expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided there are no damages.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Respect your neighbors' peace and quiet to avoid deductions from your deposit.

Be mindful of any construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.



Internet Access

Avoid using internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any internet malfunctions from telecom operators aren't our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.



Please note that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under this age must be accompanied by an adult meeting the required age. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in denial of entry, and no refund requests will be accepted.
