Host Unresponsive

To clarify, I never got to stay here. From the day I booked to the first day of my stay, the host never reached out to me. I sent several messages and customer service reached out to him as well and they never got a response either. Imagine having to find a last minute hotel after a 10 hr flight. Book at your own risk, just thankful I was refunded and my booking was cancelled after speaking with customer service.
