The place is very bright because it enjoys a triple exposure with unobstructed views, It also has all the comfort and charm of the old (parquet, moldings, high ceilings).
It comprises a fully fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large living-dining room, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
Up to 5 people, this apartment is ideal for a family.

Delightful apartment in Paris

We had a great stay in Paris in this apartment. It was a delightful neighborhood with many amenities nearby. The beds were all very comfortable. The shower and the washing machine were great! The toilet closet is a bit tight and the floors are creaky. There was a lot of charm to the building and the apartment with the spiral staircase.

Excellent Apartment, Great Location

We had such a great time at Loic’s place. His apartment is in a quiet and safe neighborhood of Paris within a short walking distance to a few major metro stations. Lots of great options for restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries nearby. The apartment was clean and tidy with plenty of beds and linens. The bathroom toilet is literally in a small closet, so consider that when booking, as it may be an inconvenience for some. We had a wonderful time in Paris and would definitely consider staying at Loic’s place again!

Nice apartment

Overall our stay was great. Check in was easy and very accommodating for us. 2 adults and 3 kids with one bathroom is always a tricky juggling act but made it work. The apartment is on the 6th floor with no elevator so if you have multiple heavy bags it's a workout to get up there. There is no ac unit but there are a couple of fans and you can open widows and close shutters at night to keep it cool. Neighborhood was quiet and plenty of grocery/food options around. We enjoyed our time and our host was great!

Perfect flat for a family

We truly enjoyed our stay in this flat. Everything is as described. Communication with the owner was very friendly and professional. We stayed there for 4 nights with 3 kids (10,8,5 years). Flat is perfectly located for any trip to the highlights of Paris. Supermarket just next door and good restaurants nearby (we really liked Les Artisans just 2 minutes away)

Prima appartement in rustige buurt

We hebben 5 heerlijke dagen gehad in Parijs. Leuk appartement, elke dag een workout met de wenteltrap en 5 verdiepingen, maar goed te doen. Het appartement is goed verzorgd, compleet en gezellig. De buurt is fijn, vrij rustig, metro vlakbij. Prima restaurant, vlakbij de metro; Le Blomet. Aanrader!

Super Lage um Paris zu erkunden. Tolles Apartment, sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Nachts ist die Straße laut, aber die Fenster sind sehr gut schallisoliert. Vielen Dank Loic!

Wir können uns den vielen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen: sehr charmante Altbauwohnung in guter Lage. Sowohl in der Wohnung als auch in der Umgebung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Traumhafte Wohnung

Wir haben die Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und für 5 Gäste perfekt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll- Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Metzger und viele kleine Läden sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gleiches gilt die einige Bars, Restaurants und die Metro-Station. Der Eifelturm ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar (20 Min.) Loïc war ein toller Gastgeber- sehr hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar. Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung!

Perfect location for family of 4 with older teenagers

This location was great for our family to experience Paris from a local neighborhood but not far from all the main tourist attractions. It is about 20 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower and close to several Metro stops within 5-10 minutes walk—so all the major tourist spots, the Seine river, and the entire city was very accessible. A supermarket is just next door and the neighborhood has several of cafes, restaurants, bakeries, grocers, and little public parks to enjoy daily Parisien life. This apartment is on the 5th floor with no lift, and the toilet closet may not be easy for larger or very tall guests or those with mobility/accessibility concerns. The hardwood floors also creak which is expected for a building of this age, so you need to be mindful of being courteous to the neighbors below regarding noise in the later evening. There is no air conditioning, but several fans were provided, and none of the windows were directly sun-facing, so it was relatively cool with the windows open even on some of the warmer days. Traffic noise is unavoidable, so bring earplugs if this bothers you and keeps you awake at night. We are a physically active family of four who travel light, enjoy walking all day, and prefer experiencing a new city embedded with the locals rather than from a hotel. This apartment fit our travel style well. The property owners were very pleasant and communicated well and often about any concerns we had during our stay. We had a problem with the refrigerator, but they helped and communicated often even during a busy week of a national holiday when services and availability were limited. Speaking of national holidays, we happily discovered that just two blocks away, there was a clear line of sight to the Eiffel Tower. So we were able to see the fireworks display on the late evening of Fête de la Fédération (AKA: Bastille Day), without dealing with the massive crowds at the park and resultant traffic afterwards; and we were back in the apartment early and ready for our departing flight very early the next morning.

Très bon séjour dans le 15 ème

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement parisien à la décoration soignée et très bien placé pour visiter la capitale. L’appartement est grand, calme et lumineux. De plus, le quartier est très agréable, très commerçant, esprit village. Le métro, arrêt Vaugirard, est très proche et la Tour Eiffel peut être atteinte à pieds. Le propriétaire est très réactif aux mails et répond rapidement aux questions éventuelles. Nous recommandons cet appartement et reviendrons avec plaisir si nous le pouvons. Béatrice
