"It a great location but the apartment was not at all comfortable. We visited in July and Paris was warm. The bedroom/bathroom is in the basement with no windows or ventilation, only a dehumidifier. The stairs are really just a ladder making it awkward to get luggage down. The ground floor is fine, but with 1 operable window, there was no cross ventilation. Lock box location and directions were confusing and we arrived at night. We had a bit of a language problem when we called to get clarification. "Hosts were excellent. Stairs not ideal for older people. Should have been cleaner. Good proximity to parks for children and to Metro. Not as well stocked as we expected. For example, only one bar soap. Small washer/dryer that was slow; good dishwasher; excellent fridge, oven, stove, micro. Main level not air conditioned so could get unpleasantly hot."

"This was a great place to stay with kids. Probably not as good for toddlers. But my pre-K/school aged kids loved the available toys and bunk bed. The kitchen was well equipped.
