The accommodation
Exclusive access to the whole house on 3 levels, a rare luxury in Paris!
🛋️ Ground floor→ Living room with TV and a brand new sofa bed.
🛏️ 1st floor→ Master suite with Queen Size double bed (160x200 Emma®), office, dressing room, open bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
🍽️ Basement → Equipped kitchen.
🪴 Private courtyard → Ideal for a peaceful moment in the morning.

💡 To know: The courtyard, although private, is located in a space shared with the neighbors. Please keep dogs on a leash and ensure the tranquility of the place.

🚕 For history lovers:
From 1914, our house was a telephone exchange dedicated to Parisian taxis, nicknamed taxis de la Marne after their strategic role during the war. A replica of these famous taxis can be found in the house. It backs onto the old garage where these taxis were parked, now transformed into lofts. And for a touch of authenticity, the original gas pump is still in place in the yard!
