I booked the room to have a quiet undisturbed night of rest, which did not happen. Your staff was phenomenal!! Breakfast was good although by the time we got in at 8am some stuff was done, it would be nice to extend to 9:30. Most places end breakfast at 10am every day. Parking was easy. "

If we ever return to Utica, I have no doubt that we will rebook this room without hesitation. "
