"It was a beautiful place! Only reason I’d say 4 and not 5 stars is because we didn’t realize it was a basement. That being said though it was beautifully designed and you can tell they keep it updated! Lovely place, would go back for sure!!! "

"We came in from Pittsburgh, PA for a huge event in the city that was well advertised. When checking in, the process was rather lengthy with multiple people waiting. The ‘incidental’ charges were different prices for everyone. The pool was not filled/operable. The fireplaces outside were also inoperable. And, upon arrival from the event later in the evening, there were no parking spaces available without sufficient help from staff to rectify the situation. The rooms were nice-but there’s no...

"Staying in the Round Lake Beach area to visiting family. Room is great and clean. Pretty view of Fox Lake. Only draw back is it is over a bar. Karaoke comes right up through the floor. Not to much of a problem as the bar closes at 11:00. So just have to suffer through the drunken super star want a be singers. It is good for some laughs. Over all I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. "

"We took our family to Chicago for a Cubs game and stopped in Lake Geneva for a night. We wish we could have stayed more than one night because we really enjoyed our stay. Next time we will definitely spend more time. The house was clean, and had plenty of space for all of us. The location was 3-4 minutes from everything so overall very convenient. "
