The space is small, but nice. Not much to offer in the kitchen it bathroom, but was perfect for our 2 day trip. 5 min walk to downtown which is ideal so you’re not on the main strip!

Enjoyment
Liked the layout and the decor. Close to several eateries and short walking distance to the beach and other entertainment. Also liked the Farmer's Market. Although my wife and I didn't use them, it was right across the street from a two-seater scooter car rental. It's also close to a few banks and churches.

great location
It is a great little place for 2 people.
There is only 1 bathroom and it is rather small. Traffic is loud and so is the downstairs or next door. We could hear music late at night, but had a fan so we could tune it out. The location was the best part about it. We walked to the downtown so we didn't have to worry about parking. Lots of shopping and lots of restaurants.

Our stay was enjoyable. The space was very clean, comfy, cozy with comfortable beds and plenty of towels and shower products. Street noise was unexpected for a weeknight. First night was last night of Venetian Fest, which may have played a part.
