"Underground parking available. Very nice rooftop pool with adjacent bar I didn’t see mentioned in reviews. Great for families. Huge sandy, smooth, well-groomed beach. Very gradual and shallow slope, no weeds or rocks. Room was clean, staff very friendly. Food selection could be improved somewhat, but was still good. Great hamburger snack area right on the beach. Not crazy about the plastic reusable cups for drinks. Very quiet at night. True that lots of the patrons were Mexicans…not a problem at all. Everyone was very friendly and respectful. Lots of kids with parents and extended family. Would go back again. Thank you!"

"The property definitely shows its age. It was so loud at night. They do maintenance at night and they were moving ladders and banging metal outside our door until four in the morning. The staff was wonderful, sweet attentive, but I don’t think I’ll be going to another hard rock. There are much better ones out there for the price. "

"Good food, good service, the beach is flawless. Our son had his bracelet fall off in the pool 24th after getting there and it’s an $80 charge. We hassled them everyday to not charge us because it’s obviously not his fault, upon checkout we got it cut to $40. FYI my own bracelet also fell off at night just in my room when I was doing nothing at all. An adult lost bracelet may cost way more, so consider adding your own tape or taping it to another bracelet so it doesn’t come off. Only the double alligator slide is open, and it’s pretty aggressive so smaller kids won’t like it. Everything else was pretty great, the food was good and service too. The beach is mint. "
