Sylvia was very entertaining and fun. She danced in the rain for us on the Friday when it was raining so hard the location is good very quiet and felt very safe. There would definitely recommend it.

Staff was very unfriendly and not very helpful from the front desk to the employees at the restaurant we had bad experience. Hotel is far away from everything and last day when we were leaving we notice the water park behind that no one mention was there. Overall it was clean and big room. But no much around.

I was very exited to see the Water Park. After asking the man working reception twice how to get to it, I could see the slides across the 4 lane highway #200. He gave me the wrong walking directions both times. He spoke English very well. I later inquired if they possibly had a shuttle. He rolled his eyes. After 5 nights, I discovered there were 2 Water Park sites. One was literally behind the Miami Inn. No freeway overpass to climb. No rushing buses, no exhaust fumes. It was beautiful. The hotel provides free entry with the room every day. I didn't get to try it out. I spoke Spanish, always respectful, quiet, and tipped every one appropriately. I would not recommend spending money where Americans are treated with disdain.

It's located in the same lot as the huge gas station, beside a main busy road. On the oppside is a mexican restaurant , there is a pharmacy and a gym in the same lot. Thr hitel is very basic, not enough towels in the room, the beds where comfortable. There is no table light and not enough light to read at.night time. There is a small fridge but no coffeemaker and no telephone. A pool with a pool bar that was never open and.looks like never is open, a small restaurant with small bufgett breakfast, the restaurant is open at 4 pm for snacks until night time and acts as bar too. No elevators on any of the 4 buildings . It was hard to get coffee in the morning but they were open to suggestions and they ended up suppling coffee in the lobby otherwise you wouldn't get coffee. In the included breakfast they dont offer tea or you have to pay for it. There were only 5 lounge plastic chairs by the pool with no cushions, there are enough tables under cabana but it doesnt have good lighting. A lot of aunts around there although they keep the area very clean. Is a hotel far from any beach if you dont have a car. The airpprt is very close but the transportation from the airport to the hotel charges 450 pesos but unless you find a way to walk out of the airport and get a city taxi and paid 200 pesos you’ll have to take it.

THIS PLACE INCLUDES ENTRY TO WATERPARK. Why no one mentions that… it’s awesome if you have a kid or just want to relax and have a good time for the day at that price! Everyone was wonderful, room was great as was breakfast, thumbs up!

Great property for family vacation and relaxation if you plan on only going to the water park. If you want to enjoy the night life know you will have to always figure out rides which will take a while to get to any other turn up areas.
