The room was truly palatial in size, beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable, offering the perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. Every detail was thoughtfully cared for, making the stay feel both elegant and welcoming. The service throughout the property was exceptional, and the concierge team deserves special mention. Property was top notch except the layout. We stayed at the sun hotel on the resort and it was not easy to get to and from the beach. You had to wait and have the golf cart escort you around. Which is ok but they do not explain this to you and it's very confusing. There is not the option to walk. On the other hand the room was amazing, we had two bathrooms and the master bedroom area closed off completely from the ret of the room. They left us snacks and the room service was good. The beach was beautiful but they need more chairs.

Incredible experience if you are just interested in staying in a hotel that has everything. Absolutely great for kids. Only thing that was a little odd and I hope they change at some point is they seem to only let you take taxis out vs Uber and they are more expensive.

We stayed at the BON Hotel over Christmas break with our family—three children (ages 8, 3, and 1) and my 76-year-old mother—and overall had a very positive experience. The rooms were spotless and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, which made traveling with young children much easier. We appreciated the daily replenishment of water, coffee pods, and the small chocolates—those details really added to the feeling of care and quality. Housekeeping was excellent; the cleaning staff did a consistently thorough job, and the entire property was impeccably maintained. Because of the size of the resort, there is a lot of walking. We rented a wheelchair for my mother, and the hotel was extremely accommodating. Golf carts were readily available and specifically dispatched for disabled guests, which made getting around manageable and stress-free. One of the biggest advantages of this property is that there is so much to do on-site that you truly do not need to leave. The food across the resort was overall very good, and the service was impeccable. Staff were responsive, professional, and available at any time via the service contact system, which made us feel well supported throughout our stay. Our main disappointment was the theme park. The website made it appear as though it would be open, but it was not. The only options within the park area were the Nektar restaurant and the Cirque du Soleil show. That said, the Cirque du Soleil performance was outstandin

We loved that the resort campus as it was very self sufficient with many activities and options for dining and quick ride to the beach and some amazing views of the mountains and the ocean! On few occasions given BON park is under construction the waiting time for the shuttle was bit tricky but mostly no issues as teams were very accommodating. When our kid fell ill the concierge were able to help bring a doctor in short notice which was very helpful given this was our first trip to Mexico and we were nervous about falling there. Also appreciate the team working to get the medication delivered to us the next morning. Team was very caring and helped to make our trip and stay as comfortable as possible with a very prompt watsapp communication. We will certainly be going back to explore more! Only part a bit unclear was why we didn’t have any option to pre-pay or why the travel back to the airport from resort was not part of the trip. Highly recommended

This is a lovely hotel and the staff go above and beyond to make it so. Elisabeth, Oscar, and Raul were particularly outstanding in their attentiveness and kindness, but everyone we encountered was great. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was spacious and comfortable and luxurious. The balcony is more of an enclosed room with a small open window and a little foot pool, but it was fine because we were enjoying the rest of the resort all day. It is closer to the theme park and that will be amazing when it opens, but the transportation system with the gondola, buses, and trams are well designed and so easy to navigate. They need more signage for the Bon hotel on the footpaths, however. The only regret is we didn’t get to stay long enough and enjoy the amazing pool near Bon, as we spent most of our time near the Beachland, the main pools, and lazy river and waterside. Vidanta in general is gorgeous, expansive, and very thoughtfully laid out. We loved it! Gracias!

5 star property, staff amazing and rooms very nice. Just keep in mind property is extremely large and have long distances between hotel and other amenities. The staff try to accommodate as best they can at all times with shuttles and there is the gondola too that is a necessity. If you can handle the size of the resort everything else is amazing.

The staff is quite friendly but there were corporate / company obstacles blocking the staff from making the guests happy. Our hotel room had an overpowering, uncomfortable odor of way too much air freshener. Five times over the four nights we were there, all of the room lights and the TV turned themselves on in the middle of the night. This woke us up and disrupted our sleep. This was not the ideal vacation we were counting on.

BON is currently under construction. With that being said when this property is fully open and running I believe it’ll be an amazing property but for now this is what I think. We are a family of 4 (2 adults 2 children) They have a small pool which the swim up bar is still closed due to lack of popularity. Terraza Restaurant took way too long to prepare our food both lunch and breakfast (2hr from sit time to our food coming out) And the food was mediocre nothing to boast about. We ended up having to go to other property inside of Vidnata World for food and entertainment. We got here a Monday and the Theme Park didn’t open until Thursday. (The park fee is also not included in your stay) The park is and will in the future be number one it was amazing! They opened at 5 and closed at 10 which didn’t give us enough time to enjoy any dinning (restaurants closed at 9:30). However every minute looking around was worth it. It’s truly magical and I can’t wait to see it all done! Anything you do you have to do at their other properties. Which lack the 5 star experience. Overall I wish I can leave a review only on the BON hotel, but I have to leave the review on the overall stay since we were forced to use other parts of the property (Vidanta World). I really feel we were the guinea pigs of this stay since it’s fairly new.

The photos used to advertise this hotel are not of the BON but of another property on site. The BON is so far back on the property you must travel by gondola or tram to get anywhere. The gondola stops operating at 5pm. The only option for transport (beyond walking on unlit paths 40 minutes) is the tram system. The trams are not frequent and it took us an hour to get from the main area with restaurants back to our room. When we checked in this travel situation was NOT communicated. We were given no materials or overview of where to go and what to do. The BON is still under construction, there is no gym in the building (you have to travel to use one) There is one restaurant at the BON that serves a good breakfast but is only available for dinner until 8:45 to be seating. We came up at 8:30 and the staff was annoyed we showed up to sit when they wanted to close. If we were not fed there the only option was to take trams to the main campus area. We reached out to both Expedia and the BON direct for help and the customer service was terrible. no one cared that we were oversold on the experience. After three days we were offered a room upgrade, but it was too late. We had already decided to leave. When the construction is done I am sure the experience will be better - but I feel we were totally over sold sold on the situation and were offered no refund for the inconvenience. The room does not have a balcony as show or operating windows. be warned!

Desde la hora de entrada hasta la hora de salida, todo fue excepcional, cada persona que nos atendió fueron increíbles, atentas, amables, cordiales, las instalaciones son de otro mundo, las habiataciones, las albercas, todas las instalaciones, el servicio de traslado dentro de vidanta, todooooo fue excelente, la Comida en los resataurantes era riquísima. Todoooooo se merece un 10. De los mejores hoteles en los que he estado. 10 de 10.
