"Clean room, comfy bed and very helpful staff. But I had to request a TV remote, and received one with no ‘Select” button and no ability to enter channel numbers instead of scroll at length. Also, the TV—though large—received what looked like decades-old antenna reception, with most channels difficult to impossible to see clearly. Okay for two nights with limited time in the room, but still much less than I’d expect in a large hotel with very high food prices."

"The Bellagio looks wonderful and lovely as always. The staff is nice. The space is clean. The casino can be 200 lumens brighter. The hotel room looks fine but lacks amenities in my room. Not sire if I did not pay enough but the beds are a tad soft and overused. The bathroom does not have razors, shower caps or q-tips. One would think they have them."
