"We stayed here where we had booked and it was magnificent, exactly what we had booked (few issues with a leaky aircon unit, but nothing that would spoil our stay). Excellent facilities, Private pool, 3 walk in showers, washing machine, well equipped kitchen, really comfortable bed and pillows, we were in our element until 2 days after checking in when the next door villa was having the pool re-tiled, which sounds fine as we understand that maintenance is needed, but they were using an industrial angle grinder right next to the privacy screen of our pool consistently throughout the day and then started the following day at 8.30, so there was no respite. We reported to Serena Villas on day 1, I was asked if I was sure… suggesting I am an idiot, I was told they had guests checking in that day (which was untrue), and I had to make a formal complaint on day 2 to get a resolution or response which was to move me to a ‘slightly smaller’ villa on a different complex. It turned out slightly smaller meant 1 less double bedroom, significantly less living area, 1 less shower room, no roof terrace, much smaller pool and garden area which was overlooked and windy versus the private one we had booked, no individual washing machine and very poorly equipped kitchen. There was no ownership or proactivity from the company to check if my complaint was resolved. It was a real shame as if we had been able to stay peacefully in the villa we had booked we would have given 5 stars for everything."

"Best villa we have ever stayed in. The outside space and pool was amazing and well worth paying extra to have it heated. Excellent communication with Iain and also Brett and Jodie. Everything you need is close by, the supermarket and also places to eat if you dont fancy a walk to the marina. We were also able to get takeout from Carpe Diem too. Can't wait to visit again. PS I LOVED THE FAIRYLIGHTS AND VIEW AT NIGHT."

"An excellent stay at Casa Bella in July/early August 2026. We are a family of 4 with children aged 13 and 10 and this was everything we needed and more. Communication with Shin throughout was very good and he quite obviously cares about your experience of staying.Property is as described, fully equipped, comfy beds. The pool and outdoor space is fantastic, with a sea view from the upstairs balcony, plenty of seating, nice cushions and towels provided for the sunloungers. Very quiet at night.Getting into the property on arrival was straight forward. We also hired a car from Bissaucar which is literally 200metres away and this was by far the most straightforward experience of hiring a car weve ever had and very reasonably priced given the time of year.The Marina is stunning, lots of very good restaurants and about a 20min walk along the lovely coastal path. The main Playa Blanca centre is a bit further of a walk away although we generally drove there during the day and there are a lot of free car parks. The centre is also lovely with everything you'd expect of a main resort centre, lots of good restaurants, shops and bars. The pebbly beach of Los Colorados is 5 mins walk from the property and great to have a stroll to in the mornings. There are also some restaurants close by to the property along with a very good supermarket.We'd highly recommend Casa Bella and would more than happily stay again when visiting Playa Blanca."

"The photos of the villa are outdated The location was quiet it is on the outskirts approximately 2kms from playa blancaThe bbq area was not clean & the tap on the sink did not workThe blackout blind was broken in the second bedroom The mattress & pillows need replacing & the downstairs settee needs a thorough clean.There was no welcoming pack & no local information The air conditioning which is pay as you go takes money even when not in use!I would not book again & willing to pay more for a cleaner villa"
