"To be honest, it was a bit disappointing. The resort is beautiful and when it opened it was probably top notch. But it isn’t being looked after to the standard it aspires to. The room wasn’t close to being clean enough for the hotel grade and the price paid. "Booked this place for my dad and his friends and they totally loved it! Morning market, great hawker food, streets stalls just around the corner great for earlybird like them. Few landmarks within 10mins drive, town area in just 20mins. Hotel building may looked small but dont be fool by it! Room was spacious, clean environments no less than 5stars hotel. Service was great too. Highly recommended of you are here to penang. "

"Terribly bad and dissatisfied.. stay due to close to airport and k have flt the next day. Within 2 hours, 5 times the electricity out fr my room. Not even upgrade but at last switch me to another room in higher floor whereby no lift. Regret the new room tv network also caput. And the channel is out. "

" I came to Penang to register my daughter into USM. It’s a great choice. It’s near to USM around 15mins. Car can park inside hotel with gates for FREE. speedmart 100meter, waking distance for local food. Becareful they lock the gate at 12midnight for security ."

"Was deffo a budget place- basic box room with two beds, was comfy enough for a short stay. Air con worked well. Bathroom small but effective.
