All guests must be at least 21 years old. Primary guest must upload ID, selfie and cc to guest portal after booking. This is the same practice that hotels operate under, ensuring the safe keeping of the homes contents. If remaining guests are 21, host requires all guests send ID’s through reservation after booking. After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt** Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties.

There are two owner's closets in the home that are off limits. We have signs on these doors and they are locked. The rest of the house is yours to enjoy!

We are available for guest needs and just live down the road. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of right away. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay.

Guests at Easy Breezy can explore the neighborhood in various enjoyable ways. Take a leisurely walk through the tranquil streets, embracing the coastal ambiance at your own pace. For a more adventurous exploration, consider renting a golf cart, a fun and convenient way to navigate the area. If driving is preferred, rest assured as there is ample parking available, accommodating up to five cars. This flexibility in transportation ensures that every outing from Easy Breezy is comfortable and convenient, whether you're heading to the beach, nearby shops, or just enjoying the scenic surroundings.

When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations.

**POOL:
Guests may NOT, at any time, tamper with the pool equipment. This is considered breaking house rules and can and will damage equipment. If a guest is found doing so at any time during their stay, this is grounds for immediate termination of the stay with no refund.

Please note: excessive rain causes pool chemicals to be knocked off balance. Pool & hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. Please do not be alarmed if pool & hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements.**

**HOT TUB:
Hot tub is available year-round.
Guests found tampering with the hot tub equipment or destruction in any way are subject to immediate termination of their stay AND/OR a hot tub drain and full service fee.

Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the hot tub, it is a possibility and there is no guarantee. Additionally, excessive rain/exposure to outside elements causes chemicals to be knocked off balance. Hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. Please do not be alarmed if hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements.**
