Good: * Nice welcome * Nice size quiet room, clean * Bath and shower were nice * Public area's nice * Secure parking Not so nice * Area seemed run down * Hotel was rebaged Novetel which was visible on the poorly painted side of the hotel * Room wifi was atrocious - the speed in the bar was 3 times quicker than the room. You would not be able to work from your room - staff dismissive of issue * New TV with apps but none worked (lack of good wifi in the room) - Staff told us they were awaiting a box to make it work but we have the same TV and it just needs good wifi

We have a 7year old and a 10 month old. We hadn't been away over night for soooo long, so this night away was a huge treat. From the minute we walked through the doors the whole stay was fantastic. A wonderful welcome from Karma, made us feel so calm and relaxed. We loved our stay, both baby and our son had a fab time. Extra fun with the heritage side to the building. The beds were very comfortable and everything clean as a whistle. Looking forward to staying again. many thanks

This hotel has seen better days, rooms and furnishings very outdated. Very small room with minimal storage, bathroom very pokey with slippery floor. Not sure if some rooms have been refurbed but ours definitely hadn’t. Wouldn’t stay again.

clean and comfortable centrally situated and great parking. Breakfast was too expensive $25 for cereal and fruit. Hot water was far too hot when you turn the tap on. Floor flooded from shower. shower curtain really useless.
