"If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. TRAVELERS PLEASE READ AND DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!! What was supposed to be our honeymoon ended up being the worst hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. We truly tried not to let this hotel ruin our trip, but issue after issue made that very difficult. The hotel looks beautiful in the pictures, but once you take the time to look around, you start noticing all kinds of problems. The property feels poorly maintained and doesn’t seem like it has been properly updated or cared for in quite some time. The biggest issue was the complete loss of water service. After already dealing with multiple concerns throughout our stay, having no water was the final straw. We ended up spending additional money to leave our trip early because we were so frustrated with the quality of the hotel. While they eventually connected a temporary water tank, the water pressure and service were poor. MY WIFE HAD TO SHOWER USING WATER BOTTLES! and the water you see in the pictures was what came out from the water tanks. Another issue we experienced throughout our stay was with the shower drain. After just two people showered, the water would stop draining properly and begin backing up in the tub. This was yet another maintenance issue that should have been addressed before renting rooms to guests. Cleanliness was another major concern. So my other issues but I’m limited to what I can write on this. AVOID AVOID AVOID"

"My family and I stayed at this hotel during a trip celebrating my high school graduation, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience overall. The biggest issue was the staff. Throughout our stay, they were consistently unfriendly, dismissive, and seemed uninterested in helping guests. We were often ignored when entering the lobby, even after greeting employees ourselves. On one occasion, a family member tried to ask a question and was visibly ignored before finally receiving assistance in a very uninterested tone. These experiences made us feel unwelcome, and we overheard other guests expressing similar frustrations. The rooms themselves were decent in size and generally acceptable, but the beds were extremely uncomfortable. They were so hard that I woke up with back pain every day, which affected my ability to enjoy activities during the trip. Another drawback was the noise. There seemed to be constant construction or work taking place nearby, and the rooms offered very little sound insulation. Conversations in the hallway, doors closing, and outside noise were all easily heard from our room, leading to multiple nights of interrupted sleep. The location does have some advantages, including several nearby restaurants, but that alone does not make up for the poor service, uncomfortable beds, and lack of quiet. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. There are better options available, and I would suggest spending your money elsewhere."

"My daughter and I stayed at Aire de O:Live for five nights and had a wonderful experience. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Isla Verde Beach and very close to the airport. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We felt safe in the area and were able to easily use Uber to visit Old San Juan, El Morro, Icacos, and other attractions. What we loved most was the proximity to the beach and the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. It was the perfect choice for a mother-daughter vacation in Puerto Rico."
