This corner unit in Woodhaven Country Club (14th hole) has a wide side yard and backyard (see pictures) which makes it unique in Woodhaven. Perfect exposure on north west corner gets the exact amount of sunshine you want plus golf course, mountain and sunset views. 3rd bedroom is a loft with full size futon and full bath. 2 car garage includes a beautifully repainted and reupholstered golf cart. Right across the street is the heated pool and hot tub.

Our stay at this property was amazing. We loved every minute of our vacation in Palm Desert. The owner was great to deal with, very helpful With great communication. The home is lovely, clean, and well stocked. The beds are so comfortable it was hard to get out of bed in the morning. Great location, hope to be back soon!
