Some advertised elements didn’t match the actual experience: breakfast quality was lower than expected, with concentrate OJ instead of the branded juices shown online, and only the sunset salute drink was offered despite the website listing welcome drinks as well. Our third‑party reservation showed Mojave resort participating in an upgrade room option but the hotel said they don’t offer upgrades, which influenced our booking decision. We were incorrectly charged $30 for the minibar, but the property fixed it immediately after calling— thank you. Overall, we had a pleasant stay."

"We have stayed at several Embassy Suites, but it had been quite a while since we’ve been to this location. From the minute we arrived the front desk staff, Maggie and Aaron, made us feel welcomed. They were very friendly and helpful. The facility was VERY clean and I can’t say enough about all the employees. It shows they take pride in their work. Their positive attitudes and smiles just added to the relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious. We were greeted like we were at a friends house for breakfast."

"Solid, clean, and well-located (for my purpose) hotel. Definitely ask for a top-floor room to avoid hearing footsteps above, and check your AC unit as mine was loud. Very dim lighting in the room, but overall a positive experience I'd repeat"
