"One of my favorite hotel stays, ever (I travel extensively staying at hundreds of hotels, so that is a meaningful statement). The staff was attentive and accommodating of all requests, going above and beyond throughout my stay. The sea-view room was spacious and comfortable, with a breath-taking view of Dubai’s water and city sky-line. The rooftop pool was gorgeous both day and night, with fanstastic wait-staff on hand for food and drinks. Beach access is included (my son and I enjoyed a swim there along with a nice iced latte on beach chairs under an umbrella on our last day). And finally: the location is about as good as it gets in Dubai if you want to enjoy both the mainland city and the Palm island. The Palm View and the monorail is across the street at the Nakheel mall (the latter of which we made great use of to get to the Aquaventure waterpark nearby). After several nights, we checked out of the hotel both relaxed and energized. "
