"Nordic" is a show stopper!! The minute you drive up to the property in the exclusive and historic community "Sliver Spur Ranch!" This home has lush manicured modern landscaping and lighting sitting high above all the rest! Views from every room and angle.

Owners spared no expense when remodeling with modern finishes and attention to detail. Decorated and curated with Scandinavian and Boho California Vibes creating the name "Nordic!"

The moment you enter the glass pivot door, your eyes are drawn to the high ceilings and black beams throughout. The open floor plan offers lots of areas for conversation and entertain. The living space was designed for the oversized designer custom luxury sofa. The sofa "Boucle" fabric makes it soft and inviting for those who want to sit back and watch your favorite show. The modern TV wall offers a 85" smart TV and a modern electric fireplace with ambiance lighting.

The Kitchen is sleek with Italian Custom Cabinetry. Minimal design with clean lines. American-made high-end appliances to cook up a meal. The leathery waterfall countertop on the oversized kitchen island is ready for the family to gather and conversate while you prep. A coffee station equipped with both a Nespresso and Keurig. Don't worry, we'll start you off with a few of our favorite coffee pods and K-cups.

Awake every morning with obstructed views of the sunrise from your bed. "Nordic" offers two master ensuites located on the opposite end of the home offering privacy. The additional guest bedroom is set up as a Gym with all your fitness needs to keep you in shape while on vacation, equipped with a Pelaton Bike, Pelaton Treadmill, Lululemon Mirror, Free Weights, and more. The room will have a twin bed on your arrival. All bedrooms have private sliders that lead to many outdoor spaces.

An added bonus space for those younger ones who want some fun and privacy. The 400 square-foot loft is equipped with a queen size bed, 70" smart TV, a Keurig coffee station,  a four-top dining table, and a sectional sofa.  It offers a place for privacy and peace, or another place to let loose and entertain with a Karaoke Machine, Record Player, Basket Ball Hoop, and lots of board games. 

"Nordic" offers the Ultimate Privacy with blocked walls while sitting on a corner lot with no neighbors behind. The landscaping lighting is on point. Pool loungers are soo plush that you'll take nap while soaking up the desert sun. Hammock area allows you to watch the sunset and sit back and read your favorite book. A wood-burning fire pit to enjoy those cooler desert nights and stargaze. An amazing BBQ island, equipped with an 8-burner grill, side burner, refrigerator, and storage. A giant size chess board, bocce ball, cornhole, and jenga are ready for you.

The best part is the Location!!! The South Palm Desert neighborhood is a highly sought-after area of the desert. Literally across the street from the Living Desert, and a short stroll to El Paseo where all the shopping, museums, and restaurants are awaiting your arrival!

Not Included: Pool Heat (82-84 max degrees) during cooler months and AC for warmer months, additional monies will be required.

Home Sleeps 6 guests including children in your "Nightly Rate."

All Festival Bookings will require a larger refundable damage deposit due within 48hrs of booking, this is mandatory and has no exceptions.
