"The front desk has a RACHEL who is so rude. Failed to arrange the rooms correctly and then got me to pay there but lied and said it was online. Charged me for a room that I wasn't even in. Lied and said she gave me my deposit back for room 620. A HANDICAP ROOM. SHE STILL HASNT GIVEN ME MONEY BACK. FORCED ME OUT OF A ROOM AND RUDELY DID SO. AARON BOWER AND HIS STAYING UNTIL 1:00 CAME UP ON HER AGENDA COINCIDENTALLY. SHE WAS RUDE AND SHE DOESNT REALIZE SHES A FAMILIAR FACE. SO PLEASE FIND BETTER HELP BECAUSE SHE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. CALLED THE POLICE FOR NO REASON BC I WAS TRYING TO GET THEM TO CHANGE MY ROOM. SHE LIED AND STILL HAS ME BOOKED. SHE STILL HASNT GIVEN ME MY DEPOSIT BACK. IT DOESNT GO THROUGH EXPEDIA. I USED A DIFFERENT CARD THERE THATS WHY THEY HAD TO BOOK IT THERE AND I GOT ONE DEPOSIT BACK FROM LAST NIGHT AND SHE SAID SHE WAS GIVING IT BACK AND HAS LIED TWICE. SHE DIDNT PUT MY HONORS MEMBER NUMBER IN LIKE SHE SAID SHE WOULD DO. SO ILL CALL CORPORATE AND THE OWNER OWNERS LIKE HILTON, I WORKED WITH THE SISTER OF THE ONE WHO DOES THEIR HAIR. FYI. GOOD LUCK. MAKE SURE YOU GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK AND MADISON DOESN'T EVEN EXIST DOES SHE? LOL. "

"This hotel was dismal and dirty. Furniture old and damaged. The rugs were torn and frayed. Walls were paper thin and you could hear everything. Horrible disinfectant smell throughout entire hotel. Will not be staying here again. "

"Air conditioning unit didn’t work. The hotel is extremely outdated. The bed linens were stained the bed felt like a hard board. The hotel looked like apts many people hanging outside the rooms and sitting on the stairways. The pics posted don’t truly reflect the hotel. "

"Stay was good but our shower door had a problem where my daughter was not able to open it after her shower then the following just could not close the door all the way and point the shower head away from the door to avoid water getting on the floor outside of shower my husband is a finish carpenter and he made it aware to the front desk"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The beach was beautiful and the hotel staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome."

"Bed a little on the harder side but otherwise it was clean, everyone was friendly except the check out guy was a bit rude. FYI- they count towels, which is a bit weird but I guess towel theft is a thing. I saw them with a clip board counting how much towels in a room. Do other hotels do that too? Anyways this hotel they really do try to do a good job, the people do care and you could tell that management pushes them- so I do recommend."
