"3rd summer in a row visiting Palenque and this is our to go hotel, staff is always nice, friendly and respectful. We did have a small leak due to heavy rain but we are not super picky guests. Just hope they cleaned the pool tiles."
"The hotel is located in jungle close to Palenque ruin, like 5 to 10 minute walk to the ticket office. The swimming pool is very nice and the room has excellent balcony patio facing the jungle. We saw some wildlife during our stay. The room is very spacious and clean.The restaurant on site is very convenient and the food is super good. The staff at restaurant wasn't very attentive when we asked for table, being ignored for a couple of times until we were seated, the waiters assigned to our table were nice and attentive serving food and drinks. "This hotel is not a fancy property, but it is nothing short of wonderful. Surrounded by the jungle, the parking area lined with bamboo trees, you feel like you are truly in contact with Mother Nature. Staff were really nice and made sure we had everything we needed, they really went the extra mile.
Room was very clean, great natural light, and good bedding, we were really tired after visiting the Palenque ruins, so this was very much appreciated.
We had an issue with hot water (believe it or not, weather was ok the cool side), but quickly resolved.
