"The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, The 4 hotel rooms that they have are upstairs in an apartment building in "old town" Naples that can only be accessed by a 2 person elevator from an interior garage that costs coins to use. "
"The hotel is easy access to everything. The room was clean and comfortable, maybe just needs a new coat of paint. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing and our waiter was a lot of fun. Our only critique is we checked in late and although check in was fast we were not told that our room was behind the door with two room numbers and we needed to put the electronic key in the wall slot for light so we struggled with finding our room and then getting some light.
