"Our accommodations were perfect, great location, the staff was very responsive to any questions we had. Our room was on the smaller side, but worked for 2 nights, it was clean and had everything we needed. The complimentary mini bar was very nice. The location of apartment was also perfect, easy to walk to most areas that we wanted to visit. "
"Lovely little hotel with excellent staff. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was lovely and the little outside terrace was an extra bonus. "
"Wonderful large room, well sound proofed, very comfortable and clean, everything you need is there, great host Giuseppe. In historic center of Napoli"
"This property is a must if you’re looking to stay in the historical center of Naples. Food across the street as well as walkable to many cathedrals and historical sites. And the best part is that the noise from the hectic streets of Naples is not heard inside your room! 5/5 stars all the way! Beautiful furnishings inside the room as well! "
"The hotel was located in a very convenient area. Many restaurant options just steps away. The breakfast offered ever morning had great variety and chef cooked eggs how we wanted. The room itself was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly !"
"Unfortunately our stay wasn't that good! The first day of our arrival that hotel told us, after we reached them, that there is a problem with the room and they transferred us to an apartment that had no WiFi, no shower curtains and not even a bathroom door! The next day we checked in at the hotel yet we were informed that there is no daily houskeeping if the stay is less than 3 nights, and that was not announced on hotels.com!
The area is a little shady but still central and close to everything...
"Check in was quick...room was clean with excellent AC. Good coffee. Location was with 10 to 20' walking distance to landmarks and main train, metro and bus transportation. "

Relais San Severo
10/10 Excellent
"This was a great place to stay, I loved the friendliness of the owner! Everything was super clean and the AC was amazing!"
"Ok hotel, area in front of hotel was a bit sketchy.
The hotel itself is just starting to be ready for a renovation but was clean and the staff were amazing."
"Great hotel for a short stay in Naples. Booked as near Garibaldi station for easy transport links. Pompeii/vesuvius tour collects at door of hotel and Alibus to airport right across the road. Lovely big room with a nice balcony and views. Very comfortable room, sky tv available for movies and large bathroom. Lots of space and storage. Service was friendly and helpful. Kettle was broken and another brought up straight away. Breakfast had a huge selection of options including hot and cold. Breads were delicious and lovely pastries. Other reviews mention the area but we always felt safe and lots of shops, restaurants, bars nearby. Recommend taking line 2 down to Chiaia for a stroll along water front. "
"Hotel is quite nice and modern and clean. It's in a more industrial area but close to the airport. I chose it because of 1) airport proximity; 2) airport shuttle; 3) parking - hard to find hotels with onsite parking in Naples. This gave us options to turn in our car early or not depending on how things went.
Staff is very helpful - we had a car and chose the parkiing option. The valet service and staff were helpful with driving tips and information. Everyone spoke good English.
There are several restaurants inside the atrium area but not really anything outside the hotel complex. We did not venture out. We spent 1 night before flying out the next day.
We did the included breakfast and it was a buffet with many, many choices - breads, meats, fruit, eggs, espresso machines, tea, waters, and more."
"The hotel staff were quite exceptional. They were respectful, helpful, calm and charming.
Breakfast and the pool were both highlights and the pool staff were most notable. The location is ideal, close enough to all you need yet peaceful. We would recommend this hotel highly. "
"The hotel is conveniently located to the metro station, shops and restaurants. It is a bit noisy and busy, a lot of foot traffic in that area. Overall it was a great experience and stay."
This 16th-century chapel highlights some brilliant Italian religious art, from lifelike marble sculptures to unnerving objects built from real human skeletons.
